Hotels

Finding the right hotel stay for your trip is as important as attending the event itself.

Our partner, Nubreed Hotels, can assist you with your accommodation needs and to offer you up to 30% cheaper quote than booking direct with the hotel or via a consumer site like Expedia.

Simply choose your desired hotel and send in your request. The team will come back to you with up-to-date pricing for your top three hotels, plus any suggestion that we think you might like.

Getting here

It's easy to get to NEC by car (B40 1NT), train, coach or plane. The exhibition centre is clearly signposted from all motorways and just a 5-minute walk from Birmingham International Railway Station.

Please consider how you can reduce your environmental impact and look at car-sharing or the train.

How much are the tickets?

Tickets are currently £15 (£1 booking fee) and children under 16 years old go free. Tickets are on sale now – click HERE.

Can I buy tickets on the door?

Yes you can, but it is cheaper to book online.

Can I pre-book parking?

Yes you can pre-book parking here, and you get a discount to book in advance.

Are there electric car charging facilities at NEC?

Yes, the venue has 22 charging spaces plus 8 are bookable in advance. For more info on this and other facilities, click here.

Do carers for registered disabled ticket holders have to buy a ticket?

We are be pleased to offer a complimentary ticket for carers, just send an email to us at hello@boatlifeevents.com, with the booking ID for the ticketed purchase, and we will issue you with a ticket.

Are dogs or pets allowed at the show?

Unfortunately, only support dogs are allowed inside the hall.

Which hall are you in?

We are in Hall 17, 18 & 19. You can see a map of the NEC here.

Do I need to book onto the features at the show?

Some of the features at the show may require you to book a session in advance, you will be able to walk up on the day to take part in the feature. You do not need to book to see stage speakers, all speaker talks and panels are first come, first served.

Is there a show guide?

Yes we will be handing out a map with exhibitor list at the show. All the information you need, including show plans, will be available on our website and social media pages in the run up to the show.
